📦 Shipment Delays & Package Issues

Our logistics network spans multiple cities and international partners. Delays can occur due to customs inspections, transit errors, incorrect recipient details, or weather disruptions. If your package hasn’t moved in over 48 hours, please contact us immediately. Include your tracking number, reference ID, and full delivery address in your message for faster resolution.

Still haven’t received your delivery update? Our agents will trace the shipment manually and escalate if necessary. We work closely with border authorities, airline cargo handlers, and regional drivers to maintain transparency throughout.

💳 Gift Card Uploads & Payment Verification

Have you uploaded your gift card? Please ensure the image is clear, unblurred, and the card code is visible. Once submitted, it will be reviewed by our billing department within 1-3 hours. You will then receive a confirmation or receipt on your dashboard.

If your card was rejected, please re-submit using the correct format. We accept Visa Gift Cards, Apple Store cards, Amazon, Steam, eBay, and others. Avoid scratched, used, or duplicate codes as those are automatically declined by our system.

All receipts generated through our portal are stored securely. If you did not receive your receipt after uploading your card or package information, check your spam folder or contact support to regenerate the file. Each receipt contains sender and receiver names, transaction IDs, shipment location, value, and authentication marks.

Ensure your reference number is typed exactly as given, including dashes or underscores. Reference numbers help us resolve issues faster.
